These and many other questions were discussed in Kiev during the IX Business Forum «Innovations in communications. Trends 2015» on December 11. This year the major vectors were aimed at changes in corporate communications - an important transformation in the direction of genuine dialogue with key target audiences.
- Our company was first invited to the Business Forum as an expert - says Dmitry Oltarzhevsky, PR-director of Pharmplanet. - Participants were interested in learning the experience of the pharmaceutical market leader, finding out more about the innovations that we using in communications with our customers. The great interest was caused by social programs approaches, in particular cooperation on "Open Palms" project, methods to build a dialogue with the audience through social networks etc. It was important for us to share our groundwork with the business community and to get fresh ideas for our own development.
There were 20 speakers among conferences’ participants. Big international and domestic companies: Intel Ukraine, DTEK, Global Spirits, Foxtrot, Pharmplanet, Nestle Ukraine, ЖАН niche concept, SABONA and others shared its innovation and best practice.
